Iron Endurance members invited to attend race in Gladstone

CRYSTAL FALLS — Iron Endurance participants have been invited to attend the snowshoe race in Gladstone.

The 1.5 mile race is on Saturday, Feb. 11 at 11 a.m. (Central time) and is open for kids in grades kindergarten through eighth grade. The group will need to leave Crystal Falls at 8:15 a.m. to get there in time to register at 10 a.m. The group will carpool and caravan together.

“There will be several schools participating and awards up for grabs,” said Iron Endurance coordinator, Chandra Ziegler.

The cost is free. Iron Endurance will cover the team entry fee.

“If you’d like to make a donation to our non-profit to help support this and other outings and events, we’d really appreciate it,” Ziegler says.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to get out there, have fun, and put our practice to the test,” adds Ziegler.

Anyone who would like to participate is asked to contact Ziegler so she can contact the race coordinator to let them know estimated number of athletes.

Any questions, call Chandra Ziegler at 906-284-0633
