Honey available at Farmer’s Market Saturday

IRON MOUNTAIN – The Iron Mountain Farmer’s & Artisan’s Market will be held every Saturday, rain or shine, from 8 a.m. to noon. The market is located across from the Dickinson County Library.

The market is managed and operated by the Farmer’s Market Executive Committee under the auspices of Iron Mountain DDA/Main Street.

The Market’s produce vendors have a wide variety of fresh greens, radishes, beet, onions, potatoes, and other vegetables. Vendors have baked goods, organic cheese, eggs and meat.

Artists and Crafters have a variety of high quality products available for sale. Mike Holmes will be at the market with his locally produced honey.

There is also a Tuesday market at the V.A. Hospital parking lot from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Prospective vendors will be required to submit a completed application for the Market Committee to review before being allowed to participate.

The market is also open to performance artists or community service organizations wishing to utilize the stage area.

Interested farmer or artist vendors, performers, or service organizations wanting to participate in the market or citizens seeking additional information, please contact the Iron Mountain Farmer’s and Artisan’s Market at 77
