Rafn to speak during St. Norbert CEO breakfast

DE PERE, Wis. – H. Jeffrey Rafn, president of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, will give a talk entitled, “From Whence Shall They Come: The Demand for Technical Skills,” as part of St. Norbert College’s CEO Breakfast and Strategy Series on Tuesday, Jan. 20, from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the F.K. Bemis International Center on the St. Norbert College campus.

The session sponsor is Navigator Planning Group.

Rafn, a native of Chippewa Lake, Ohio, earned his Ph.D. from Boston University. He served as an administrator and educator in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for 21 years, before moving to Wisconsin in 1997.

As president of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, Rafn manages the operation of the college’s three campuses and six regional learning centers. In total, the college serves over 39,000 students annually.

The CEO Breakfast and Strategy Series is an outreach to the business community by the Office of the President at St. Norbert College, featuring presentations by distinguished local, regional and national business leaders. The registration fee for this session is $60.
