Life support class at Bay
ESCANABA — Bay College Training and Development will offer Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern time Wednesday at the center, 2000 N. 30th St. in Escanaba.
This course is designed to teach a wide variety of health care professionals how to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, instruction on how to provide CPR and properly use an automated external defibrillator, or AED, and relieve choking in a timely and effective manner. This course meets the requirements of clinical facilities utilized by Bay College.
