IRON MOUNTAIN — The Friends of the Braumart celebrated its many volunteers with its first appreciation night April 22 at the Braumart Theater on East B Street in Iron Mountain.

“The volunteers have worked alongside the board members to get the theater open and serve the patrons with professionalism and positive attitudes throughout the year,” a spokesperson said.

During the event, more than 60 volunteers were treated to a dinner and a movie with “That’s Entertainment” playing on the Braumart’s new movie systems and sound equipment.

“We have plans to make this an annual event,” board members added.
