IR man pleads not guilty to store break-in
CRYSTAL FALLS – An Iron River man is scheduled for a March 26 pre-trial conference in Iron County Trial Court after waiving his preliminary examination and pleading not guilty to charges he broke into the Outpost convenience store in Iron River Township last month.
Trevor James McPherson, 26, faces breaking and entering a building with intent, a 10-year felony, and larceny in a building, a four-year felony.
Michigan State Police troopers arrested McPherson after they were called to the break-in report Feb. 14 in which someone stole vodka and cigarettes, according to the criminal complaint.
