Large quantity of hydrocodone pills also found at home

KRISTINE WOODS

IRON MOUNTAIN — An Iron Mountain woman faces multiple felony drug charges after she reportedly sold heroin and cocaine to a confidential informant earlier this week, leading authorities to find about 50 grams of heroin, about 70 grams of cocaine and a large quantity of the opioid hydrocodone at her East D Street home.

Kristine Elizabeth Woods, 29, was arraigned in Dickinson County District Court on delivery or manufacture of heroin, two counts of delivery or manufacture of cocaine, possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession with intent to deliver cocaine, all 20-year felonies; possession of hydrocodone, a two-year felony; and two counts of maintaining a drug house, a two-year high court misdemeanor.

Woods will return to district court for a July 20 probable cause conference and a July 27 preliminary examination.

Woods reportedly sold cocaine for $200 Sunday to a confidential informant working with the KIND Drug Team, then sold heroin and cocaine to an informant Monday, according to the criminal complaint.

KIND investigators subsequently searched her home Monday, at which time she reportedly admitted selling about 50 grams each of heroin and cocaine on a biweekly basis since October, the complaint states.
