Joseph Rice

Joseph was born Aug. 5, 1941, to the late Lawerence and Lorraine (LaFave) Rice, formerly of Quinnesec.

Joe Pete retired from Ford Motor Company in 1998. He enjoyed boating and fishing on Lake Erie and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Joe is survived by his loving companion of 20 years, Christiane Kokitka; son, Joseph (Krysten Alexander) of Berkley; daughters, Joy (Philip) Leone of Naples, Fla., Jill (Paul) Nagy of Carlton; sisters, Barbetta (Ron) Arnoldi of Iron Mountain, Patti (Russell) Janeshek of Green Bay, Wis.; four grandchildren, Joshua and Jordan Rutkowski and Jessica and Janelle Nagy; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, Aug. 11, at Quinnesec Cemetery.
