Keep Divoky on FP school board
Deb Divoky was elected to the Forest Park School Board in November 2012 and is currently running for another term of office. Before her election, she was appointed to complete John Harrison’s term of office. Deb has her doctorate in curriculum and instruction from Loyola University in Chicago and was an educational administrator for 20 years before moving to Crystal Falls.
As a member of the school board, Divoky has served on the Curriculum Committee, which has been instrumental in supporting many positive curriculum interventions at Forest Park. As a member of the Personnel Committee, she has been fortunate to hire some of Forest Park’s tremendous teaching and support staff.
Divoky now works for Michigan State University as the part-time 4-H program coordinator. She is also an active member of the Crystal Falls Library Board, Iron County Housing Board, and is an advisor for the Iron County Aktion Club. By working with 4-H and being a member on all of these boards she has been able to coordinate many activities between these organizations, which never occurred before.
Debra’s passion is working with and for children. It would be highly beneficial for our Forest Park community to have her continue her work and elect her again to the Forest Park School Board. A vote for Debra Divoky is a vote for experience and proven success. Please vote Tuesday for Debra Divoky, Forest Park School Board.
