| | Kenseth, Busch making pit stop in Green Bay Thursday nightSeptember 10, 2012 - Ron DeuterNASCAR drivers Matt Kenseth and Kurt Busch have made a bet for the Bears Packers game Thursday night. Kenseth is originally from Wisconsin and a lifelong Packers fan. Busch is from Las Vegas but has family in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. With the NASCAR schedule making a stop in Chicago this weekend, Both plan to head north to see the game live. If the Bears win, Kenseth will a Bears jersey to Sunday’s drivers meeting. If Green Bay come out on top, Busch will put on the green and gold. Busch told CBSsports.com: “This is a no-brainer. Cutler to Marshall to start it, Urlacher and Peppers to finish it. A 2-0 start to the season for the Bears will be great, but seeing Kenseth in navy and orange will definitely be an added bonus.” Kenseth wasn’t worried, telling the same outlet: “Everyone in Chicago is excited right now, but Green Bay is going to bring them right back down to earth. I think Aaron Rodgers will do Kurt a favor and get this one over by halftime just so we can have a little extra sleep before we head to Chicagoland Speedway to go racing.” | in: News, Blogs & Events Web |
