As suspected, it was nothing at all

Trump’s “very big, bigger than anybody would know” presidential campaign announcement today was this:

If President Obama releases his college transcripts, passport applications and other records by Oct. 31, Trump will donate $5 million to Obama’s charity of choice.

Here’s a suggestion. Donate the $5 million first.
