The Michigan State coach, interviewed Friday on the “Tim Brando Radio Show,” noted Ravens assistant head coach and special teams coordinator Jerry Rosburg has ties to Northern Michigan University. Rosburg, at NMU from 1981 to 1986, once roomed with Izzo and Steve Mariucci. Rosburg started out as an NMU grad assistant from 1981 to 1982, coached linebackers from 1983 to 1985 and became the Wildcats defensive coordinator in 1986.
