Colfax offensive philosophy

From Colfax (Wis.) High School girls basketball guard Hannah Hover, telling the Eau Claire Leader Telegram about Coach Joe Doucette’s offensive philosophy:

"We look to take the best shots that we can. If someone doesn't have a good shot, they drive and get someone a great shot.

"Coach always says if we don't make a shot, just look for the next one, but just make sure it's a good shot. He never says don't shoot, but work it around to get the best shot. It's a good offense. I like it."

Colfax shot better than 50 percent from the floor as a team this year.
