Another year, another vehicle

February 28, 2014 - Nikki Younk
About a year ago, I posted a blog about buying a new (used, but new to me) vehicle after my old car finally died. That old car, which was an unreliable money pit, was with me for five long years. My new vehicle, which never gave me a single problem, should have been with me for at least twice as long.

Alas, it wasn’t meant to be. A mere ten months after I purchased my new car, it got smashed by a pickup truck on a snowy, icy highway. Thankfully, no one was injured. It’s just frustrating that I can’t catch a break when it comes to transportation issues.

So here I am again, the proud owner of yet another new (used, but new to me) vehicle. At this rate, I’ll keep the local car dealers in business for decades to come. Or maybe, just maybe, this car will last me a lifetime. Please let it be the latter.
