A mini vacation from work

I am on vacation from work all next week. No plans to go to a warmer climate; we will just wait for the hot days of summer in northeastern Wisconsin to enjoy the great outdoors. But this weekend my husband and I will head to southeastern Wisconsin to celebrate the Easter holiday. We also have plans to stop at Holy Hill, a Roman Catholic shrine dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, located on the highest point in the town of Erin, near Hubertus, Wis. Although I lived near there for 2.5 years and have traveled that way many times, I have never visited the site. I’ve heard it is suppose to be a breath-taking, beautiful site and even bring luck to those who visit. Upon returning from celebrating Easter, I have plans to do spring cleaning around our house, put out our garden and yard statues and of course, start our income taxes. On top of that, I plan to enjoy my week off work, whether or not I get everything on my list accomplished.
