Grabbing a quick bite

I’m not sure yet exactly where I’ll be hunting this season, but it’s too bad I can’t sit on my porch here in town. This buck was munching on acorns in my front yard Saturday evening. He’s been hanging around the neighborhood for several weeks now. This was the first I’ve seen him with his velvet gone.
