Piers Gorge

Saturday after covering the Norway football game, my family and I made stop at Peirs Gorge. It was the first time I’ve visited there. We took my sister-in-law, her husband and their baby who were visiting us for the weekend. Sure was beautiful there with a setting sun and fall colors on full display. And it wasn’t a bad hike considering the three little ones we had with us. Saw a full wedding party there posing for photos on the rocks overlooking the river. Bet those shots turn out incredible. I may have to go back to see how pretty the area looks in the winter.
