Get ready for "Bridalplasty"

November 16, 2010 - Nikki Younk
Quality reality shows are difficult, if not impossible, to find. Most of the time, the shows are designed to bring out the worst in people for entertainment purposes. You have to admit, your faith in humanity diminishes a little bit each time you watch “Jersey Shore.”

Just when you thought reality shows couldn’t get any more offensive, here comes “Bridalplasty.”

The name really says it all. It’s a show about brides and plastic surgery. Really.

Here’s the premise of the show. Bride-to-be contestants compete each week for a big prize—a plastic surgery procedure on their wish lists. Also each week, a loser is voted off. The last bride-to-be standing will receive all of the plastic surgery procedures on her wish list and a dream wedding.

Does the show also guarantee that the grooms-to-be will still want to get married when they see their Frankenstein brides? Not likely.
