Cabbage Patch Kids making comeback

I am ancient enough to have had a Cabbage Patch Kids doll. Because the dolls must of cost a pretty penny and as I later found out were impossible to get, my mother bought a doll head and made me my very own Cabbage Patch Kids doll. I must have been about 7 years old. The doll had a little patch of brown hair on its head and looked just like a real Cabbage Patch Kids doll. He ended up being named Rudy. We even sent in for his official birth certificate, and it was the coolest thing to have my own “homemade” Cabbage Patch Kids doll. My younger brother thought the doll was ugly, but I didn’t care. I must have carried around that doll for several years. Anyways, the Cabbage Patch Kids could be headed to TV again in a special that has yet to be produced. Nothing like bringing back memories. Whether they were cute or not!
