New State Fair foods

I am going to the Wisconsin State Fair this weekend and am looking forward to trying some of the newest fair foods. One in particular is deep fried butter. Got to try it just to see what it will taste like. I also want to try deep fried beer with cheddar cheese dipping sauce. That could be interesting and probably really yummy for a Wisconsinite. A chocolate covered Frito is also on my list of interesting new food at the fair. Hope I do not get sick from too many fair foods.
