New Year’s a time to reflect

December 30, 2011 - Lisa Hoffmann
New Year’s is a time to reflect on the past year. Everyone should take a moment to look back at what happened in their lives in 2011 and figure out how to make 2012 even better. Whether that is being nicer to others, giving your time and resources to those less fortunate, being a better person, or whatever. Top resolutions are always losing weight, quitting smoking, and spending less money or saving more money. Personally, I know for the new year I am going to try to focus on eating healthier and getting fit. I have gotten off track with eating healthy and exercising, and according to my calculated Body Mass Index (BMI) I am overweight. So 2012 is the year I lose weight and get in shape. Happy New Year!
