Jets coach likes Nordics

North Dickinson took its lumps in a Skyline Conference girls basketball loss Tuesday to North Central.

But Jets coach Jon Lorenzoni, a former Kingsford assistant, saluted the Nordics.

“North Dickinson is a very young team, but I like the way they play,” said Lorenzoni. “They battle for everything. They’re going to be competitive.”
