Learning to run

I am learning how to run. This is something I always wanted to do, but never really followed up on.

Then I heard about “Couch to 5K.”

I started the program on Tuesday. By working out three days a week, the program trains your body to run three miles in nine weeks.

Sure hope I can complete the program.
