Breitung Township crash

An Iron Mountain woman was taken to the hospital after being rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Nicole Strutz, 25, of Iron Mountain at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday. The accident occurred on County Road 607 in Breitung Township. A vehicle driven by Joyce Trevillian, 60, was traveling southbound on County Road 607 when she was rear-ended by Strutz, police said. Trevillian was taken by Beacon Ambulance to Dickinson County Memorial Hospital. Her condition was unknown at press time. Strutz was issued a following too close ticket, and was going to seek her own treatment. Iron Mountain State Police were assisted on the scene by Breitung Township Fire Department.
