IRON MOUNTAIN - Iron Mountain Police are seeking information about more than 20 thefts from motor vehicles that have occurred in the past several days.
Lt. Ed Mattson said the incidents have occurred throughout the east, north and west sides of Iron Mountain.
It should be noted several of the thefts occurred while the vehicles were parked inside unlocked garages. The Iron Mountain Police Department reminds residents to lock their cars as well as their garages to help prevent thefts.
Residents are asked to report any suspicious activity in their neighborhoods. Anyone with information in reference to these thefts is asked to contact IMPD at 774-1234.
