Legion poker tourney on March 26
KINGSFORD - Third annual Jordan Groeneveld Scholarship Fund Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament will take place Saturday, March 26, at Knights of Columbus Hall. Doors open at 6 p.m., with the event set for 7 p.m.
Tickets may be purchased in advance at RAS Distributing and The Drug Store. Pre-bought tickets are eligible for a pair of 50-yard line Packers tickets.
Jordan Groeneveld Scholarship Fund provides scholarships for local American Legion baseball players.
Little League:Sign-up starts
IRON MOUNTAIN - Iron Mountain and Kingsford Little League will hold registration Saturday, March 19, from 9 a.m. to noon and Tuesday, March 22, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Midtown Mall.
Little League baseball and softball is open to boys and girls from age 9 to 16 (age 8 can play in the Minor Division).
