IRON MOUNTAIN - A 23-year-old Iron Mountain man has accepted a plea deal for charges of criminal sexual conduct.
Michael Ihander pleaded guilty to two counts of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct and habitual offender-second notice.
He was originally charged with two counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct.
Sentencing in the matter was scheduled for July 5.
According to the criminal complaint in the case, there was possible sexual contact between Ihander and a 13-year-old girl.
