MARINETTE, Wis. - The Marinette County OWI Task Force will continue its impaired driving enforcement on Saturday.
This is a joint effort between the Marinette County Sheriff's Department and the Marinette Police Department.
The target area for Saturday is the city of Marinette.
For the month of July, Task Force Officers made 65 traffic stops.
As a result, 67 warnings were given, according to a release issued by the Marinette City Police Department.
There were three OWI arrests made with eight other traffic citations and two equipment violations issued.
Also resulting from the stops were one warrant arrest and four drug arrests.
The Marinette County OWI Task Force appreciates everyone who utilized a designated driver during these times.
