IRON MOUNTAIN - A 23-year-old Escanaba man is facing two counts of criminal sexual conduct, third degree (multiple variables).
Guy Andrew Gendron Jr. faces the charges from a June 28 incident in Norway Township.
According to the felony complaint, Gendron had sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl against her will.
Arraignment before Dickinson County Circuit Court Judge Richard Celello is set for Sept. 10 at 9 a.m. The felony carries a maximum penalty of 15 years incarceration and AIDS/STD testing.
