Anna Mae Lesandrini

IRON MOUNTAIN - Anna Mae E. Lesandrini, 83, of Iron Mountain, died Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012, at ManorCare Health Services in Kingsford.

She was born on Dec. 5, 1928, in West Allis, Wis., the daughter of the late George and Ethel (Jansa) Mundigler.

Anna Mae married Domenic "Curly" Lesandrini on Sept. 24, 1949, in West Allis. The couple were very devoted to each other for their almost 63 years of marriage. Anna Mae really enjoyed being a wife and mother.

She treasured the time she spent with her husband Domenic and their two sons, Gilbert and Jeff, and Jeff's family. She belonged to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband, Domenic; one son and daughter-in-law, Jeff (Cathy) Lesandrini of Kingsford; three grandchildren, Kayla Burcar, Adam (fiancee Tanisha) Lesandrini, and Joseph Lesandrini; three great-grandchildren, Kelly Burcar, Keith Burcar, and Elizabeth Marrero; one sister-in-law, Pat Loper of Kingsford; one brother-in-law, Don (Carol) Lesandrini of Boston and many nieces and nephews.

Anna Mae was preceded in death by one son, Gilbert Lesandrini and one brother, Roswell Mundigler.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Tondin-Ross and Freeman Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Monsignor James Kaczmarek will officiate.

Burial will be in Cemetery Park.
