NORWAY - With great weather conditions, the 102nd Dickinson County Fair is looking at another successful year.
"It's fantastic," said Kathy Belanger, secretary to fair board. "We have had good crowds and really good weather."
"They're coming in pretty steady," she said Sunday evening.
"Skerbeck is having a good year, the cooking contest went well and we've had a lot of people asking for fair books to enter next year."
"Everything is going wonderful."
Today's schedule includes:
8 a.m., Dickinson County 4-H Council Fun Horse Show registration
8 a.m., truck and tractor pull weigh-in.
9 a.m., Dickinson County 4-H Council Fun Horse Show
10 a.m., tractor pull
10 a.m. to 2 p.m., cooking contest, wild game main dish
11 a.m. to 5 p.m., carnival open. Rides are $1 each for the fair special.
11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., Barnyard Express
1 p.m. to 5 p.m., bingo
1 p.m., truck pull
11 a.m. to 5 p.m., music at Wally Bouchey Pavilion.
2 p.m. to 4 p.m., American Lumber Jack Show
5 p.m., exhibits released.
