IRON MOUNTAIN - A not guilty plea was entered in Dickinson County Circuit Court for an Escanaba man facing two counts of criminal sexual conduct, third degree.
A waiver of arraignment was filed for Guy Andrew Gendron Jr., 24, by defense attorney Grant Carlson of Iron Mountain
Judge Richard Celello then entered a not guilty plea to the charges for Gendron. A pre-trial conference was set for Oct. 1 at 10 a.m.
According to the felony complaint, a 14-year-old girl was with Gendron when the incidents occurred against her will on June 28 in Norway Township.
