GLADSTONE - A Menominee man has been arrested for failing to comply with the sex offender registry act.
Tyler Paul Judd, 29, was arrested after troopers from the Gladstone post of the Michigan State Police received information from U.S. Federal Marshalls indicating that Judd could not be located at his state of Washington address.
In a cooperative effort with U.S. Federal Marshalls, the Menominee County Sheriff's Department, and the Menominee City Police, troopers were able to locate and arrest Judd in Menominee Township.
Judd now faces a four-year felony charge.
