Defense denies three scoring chances

MANISTIQUE - Iron Mountain stuffed three Manistique scoring threats in the second half and held on for a 12-7 win in Mid-Peninsula Conference football Friday.

"Manistique is a physical team, hoping to make the playoffs and they will be dangerous if they do," said Mountaineers coach Robin Marttila.
