FLORENCE, Wis. - A teenage male was injured Monday in a vehicle/pedestrian accident in Aurora, Wis.
The accident occurred at 7:14 p.m. on County Road N near Maple Street.
Chief Deputy David Gribble of the Florence County Sheriff's Department said that a 16-year-old Aurora male was walking east on County Road N with a friend when he was hit by a vehicle driven by a 59-year-old Aurora woman.
The male was transported by the Aurora-Homestead Rescue Squad to Dickinson County Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries, Gribble added.
The accident remains under investigation.
