I know your paper is doing articles on Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Well, Friday, Oct. 5, at exactly 9 a.m., my sister Julie Plewinski will celebrate her last chemotherapy and radiation treatment for her breast cancer.
I would love for her to come home from her last treatment with a couple balloons (pink of course) displayed on her home. Since I am over 100 miles away, I can't be there for this momentous event in her life. Can the community she has lived and worked in for 48 years come up with something to help her celebrate?
