CRANDON, Wis. - A future court date has been set for a Norway City Councilman facing three counts of felony second degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer.

According to Wisconsin Circuit Court Access, a preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 24 at 3 p.m. for Mark Bubloni, 49, of Norway. The hearing will occur in Forest County Circuit Court.

Bubloni is being represented by attorneys John Kivisaari and Roy Polich of Iron River.

Criminal charges against Bubloni stem from an utility terrain vehicle (UTV) accident that occurred on June 15 at the Brush Run Grounds in Crandon. Four people were injured in the accident. Bubloni was the driver of the UTV.

Bubloni was fined for non-traffic ordinance violations of ATV intoxicated operation, and careless operation of an ATV.
