LENA, Wis. - Florence has advanced to Saturday's WIAA Division 4 girls volleyball sectional finals at Marion.
Coach Trudy Rochon's Lady Cats outlasted Northern Lakes Conference champion and top-seeded Wabeno 3-2 (15-25, 25-23, 20-25, 25-18, 15-12) in a WIAA Division 4 sectional semifinal Thursday.
Florence (21-15-5) takes on Wausau Newman Catholic at 7 p.m. at Marion in the sectional finals.
