IRON RIVER - Bernice I. Korach, surrounded by family, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2012, at the Benedictine Health Center in Duluth, Minn.
A celebration of Bernice's life will begin with a gathering of family and friends Saturday from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. memorial service at Jacobs Funeral Home in Iron River.
Graveside services will be held at the cemetery in Crosby, Minn. at a date yet to be determined.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Northwoods Animal Shelter in Iron River.
The Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron River is in charge of arrangements.
