ST. IGNACE - A Clinton Township man died Friday of injuries sustained earlier in the week in an off-road vehicle accident in Schoolcraft County, said state police at the St. Ignace post.
Brian R. Reiss, 57, was operating an ORV in Mueller Township at about 7 pm. Wednesday when the crash occurred, troopers said.
Reiss died Friday at Marquette General Hospital as a result of injuries, state police reported on Saturday.
The accident remains under investigation, but speed and alcohol are believed to be factors, troopers said.
