MARINETTE, Wis. - A jury trial has been scheduled for a Wausaukee, Wis. man involved in a fatal drunk driving accident in Middle Inlet, Wis.
Timothy C. Christ, 28, will go to trial on April 2, 3, and 4. A motion hearing is set for March 4, and a pre-trial conference is set for March 25.
Officials from the Marinette County Clerk of Courts office confirmed that Christ entered not guilty pleas to all charges during a court appearance earlier this week.
Christ faces one felony count of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, one felony count of homicide by use of a vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration, three felony counts of operating while intoxicated causing injury, and three felony counts of causing injury with a prohibited alcohol concentration.
If convicted on all counts, he could spend up to 116 years in prison.
The charges stem from an Oct. 5 incident.
According to Marinette County Sheriff Jerry Sauve, a GMC pickup truck operated by Christ pulled onto U.S. 141 and was traveling north when it struck a south bound Chevrolet Impala.
One of the passengers in the Impala, 13-year-old Christopher Croley of Ishpeming, was killed. The other three occupants of the Impala, Croley's mother and sisters, were injured. Christ was not injured.
