The 20-year-old male is being charged with resisting and obstructing and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, both felonies. The incident occurred around 8:25 p.m. Thursday when officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Preserve Drive on a report of a subject in possession of marijuana. According to police, a witness identified the subject to officers upon arrival.
