Well, if the schools had an ROTC program, that might deter lunatics from picking on kids.
Better yet, like Milwaukee did with Pulaski High, they built a police mini-station right onto the school.
Now in an economic move, less fortunate smaller towns might have to build a Dunkin Donuts next to the school.
