Lane Lindeman leads Back in Motion

IRON MOUNTAIN - The Junction didn't have an answer for Lane Lindeman in the Iron Mountain-Kingsford Community Schools Men's Basketball League.

Lindeman's 26 points powered Back in Motion past The Junction 60-40. Jon Belaire chipped in 14 points for the winners.

In other games:

RN Fishing Charters/Hitch N Post 59, Garrett Eye Center 39 - Andrew Vassar led the way with 25 points. Beau Poquette's 14 points paced Garrett.

Edwards Body Shop 48, Thirsty Whale/FNB-Norway 37 - Nick Sorenson drilled home 29 points for Edwards. Nick Hammar had 11 for the Whalers.

Northwestern Mutual/Appliance & Furniture 66, Big Ten Sports 56 - Josh Beauchamp bagged 26 points and Kevin Stanek had 15 for Northwestern. Andrew Rajala had 14 for Big Ten.

First National Bank-Iron Mountain/Kingsford 48, Markell-Burgess Basements 43 - John Buchanan and Chris Wilcox combined for 27 FNB points while Markell's Nick Markell and Tom LaVigne teamed up for 22.

Solberg's/Anderson Forest Products 69, Fleury-Singler 57 - Steve Anderson rimmed 18 points and Eric Schemmel had 14 for Solberg's. The Swansons, John and Mike, produced 27 for FS.

Miller Mite/Bimbo's 44, Dal Santo Construction/Forward Financial 43 - Mountaineer coaches Robin Marttila and Bucky Johnson accounted for 26 Miller markers. Dennis DalSanto had 10 for the opposition.

Edwards Auto 69, Threads/Verso 42 - Ryan Cousineau canned 21 points and Josh Edwards had 11 for the winners. Casey Tesch tallied 11 for Threads.

Lakeside Bed & Breakfast/Florence Motor Sales 59, B&B Auto/Sol Blu 44 - Brandon Kalkofen clicked for 16 points and Mike Pirlot had 13 for Lakeside.

Juice Promotion 94, Northern Carquest 90 - JP's Jake Polfus unloaded for 27 points and Tom Granquist had 23. David Smart sacked 21 for Carquest.

Logo Sportwear 68, Stewart Manufacturing 65 - Ryan Caron collected 17 Logo points. Kyle Bellefeuil had 20 for Stewart.
