MARQUETTE - Due to hazardous blowing and drifting snow conditions, the Michigan Department of Transportation, along with the Michigan State Police, Alger County Road Commission, and Marquette County Road Commission, is closing M-28 between Harvey and Wetmore.
Based on weather predictions, it appears likely the road will remain closed through Tuesday night, officials said. Dynamic message signs in Harvey and Wetmore will alert motorists to the closure.
