The city councils of Iron Mountain, Kingsford and Norway are all holding meetings tonight.
The Iron Mountain City Council will meet today at 6:30 p.m. in the council room of the city hall building, 501 S. Stephenson Ave. in Iron Mountain.
New business includes allowing the YMCA to host A soccer camp at Crystal Lake field, soliciting bids for city hall carpet replacement and a discussion an ordinance concerning the parking and storing of recreational vehicles, trailers, equipment and other items.
The Kingsford City Council will meet today at 6:30 p.m. in the council room, located upstairs in the city hall building, 305 S. Carpenter Ave. in Kingsford.
Old business includes a bid opening for a 2013 pickup truck, bid opening for Cowboy Lake playground equipment replacement and property transfer and utility easement for Habitat for Humanity.
The Norway City Council will meet today at 7 p.m. in the council room of the city hall building, 915 Main St. in Norway.
Agenda items include Ordinance 405 amending ordinance 371, special events application for the Norway Easter Egg Hunt, resolution proclaiming Arbor Day, and approval of tree cutting at Hanbury Lake by Dugree Trucking & Forest Products.
