GRAND RAPIDS Iron Mountain placed seventh in the MHSAA Division 4 state competitive cheerleading meet Saturday at the Delta Plex.
"As a coach, I couldn't be prouder of what this team has accomplished this year," Iron Mountain Coach Jennifer Nagy-Schneider said. "They have a lot to be proud of."
The coach noted that "192 teams in the state work all season to step foot on the state mat and I am proud to say that we were one of the team who were there. To be among the top teams in the state for a second year in a row is something that I am very proud of this team for accomplishing."
