MARQUETTE - A Marquette man sustained non-life-threatening injuries when his car rolled over on U.S. 41 in Marquette today.
Troopers from the Michigan State Police Negaunee Post investigated a one-vehicle rollover traffic crash at 9:12 a.m. today.
The incident occurred on westbound U.S. 41 near the Midway Industrial Park, trooper said.
The driver, Eugene Mahaffey, 28, was driving a 2000 Ford Focus when he lost control, left the roadway and rolled over. Mahaffey was transported from the scene to Marquette General Hospital by Medi-Ride EMS with non-life-threatening injuries.
Mahaffey appears to have suffered a medical event, which caused the loss of control, police said.
Assisting troopers remove the driver from the damaged vehicle was the Marquette County Rescue Squad.
