BROWN DEER, Wis. - Six Dickinson program center swimmers from the Northern Lights YMCA Team swam at the Wisconsin state meet at the Schroeder Aquatic Center.

The Dickinson swimmers were Peyton Johnson (age 12), Sarah Kuehl (13), Caleb Plumley (12), Samantha Scott (8), Sydney Scott (8) and Benjamin Trevillian (8).

"The swimmers did an outstanding job at the state meet," said aquatics coordinator Chris Cavalieri. "The swim team coaching staff and parents are very proud of the hard work put in by our swimmers. It really paid off because our swimmers placed well and set their personal bests in many events."

A number of NLY team records fell at the state meet. Johnson broke three team records in the age 11-12 group while Kuehl erased a mark in the age 13-14 division.
