IM stabbing case continued

IRON MOUNTAIN - An Iron Mountain man arrested after a stabbing in Iron Mountain was in court Tuesday.

Dickinson County Prosecuting Attorney Lisa Richards said a preliminary examination held on Tuesday in Dickinson County District Court for Erich John Lindlbauer, 31, was adjourned to Wednesday, April 24 at 2:30 p.m.

Lindlbauer faces felony charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, and possession of a controlled substance, along with habitual offender, fourth offense notice.

Iron Mountain Police Department officers were called to 1008 West A St. on April 2 to investigate a stabbing incident.

Joseph Spade, 30, was taken to the Dickinson County Memorial Hospital and treated for a stab wound. He has been released from the hospital.

Attorney Kalen Lipe is representing Lindlbauer.
